| Second edition of the chamber music festival (28. July -20. August) with leading Danish and international musicians will feature two concerts with extremely talented young musicians from the string quartet Airis, winner of The International Competition of Contemporary Chamber Music in Cracow in 2010. The program will include compositions by Rafał Augustyn, main composer of this year's Rudersdal Summer Concerts, and Karol Szymanowski.

| On November 9th , 2010 in the Royal Apartments of Christiansborg Castle in Copenhagen, a special concert officially ended the Chopin Year in Denmark. The concert was attended by major representatives of the Danish Royal Family: HM Queen Margrethe II, HRH Prince Consort, HRH Princess Mary – HRH Crown Prince Frederik’s wife, as well as representatives of the Danish Royal Court, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Lene Espersen, the ambassadors accredited to Denmark and representatives of major Danish music institutions.

| Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice, contributing to the worldwide celebrations of the Chopin Year 2010, will during its voyage on the most beautiful Polish sailing vessel S/V Dar Młodzieży visit European cities. The ship with the orchestra on its board will arrive in the port of Copenhagen on 7th September 2010.
